Refund Policy

We really hope you love your purchase from us but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please contact us via email before returning your items to ensure the returns process is done correctly.

We can't ensure the style/size required will be available by the time returned items come back to us, if you opt for an exchange and the item is unavailable you will receive an email notifying you of this in which you have a choice to go for another item or a full refund.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. 

  • All items must be sent back in the original, free of stains, unworn condition with labels still attached. 

  • All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

  • All returns are refunded via original payment. This does not include the shipping charges.

  • We cannot accept liability for return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or if possible return your package using a tracked service.

  • Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. We will email you when your return has been received & let you know when your refund has been processed.

  • Faulty item(s) must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may not always provide the outcome you were hoping for, but we will always take our values into consideration to make what can be difficult decisions.

  • Return drop-offs are not accepted at our office.
